With a strong background in sports science—covering physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics— I bring a deep understanding of how the body works and how to optimize it. I’ve earned diplomas from the best personal training school in France after college, ensuring that my methods are backed by science and results-driven. My expertise extends beyond training—I specialize in recovery techniques like Hijama cupping, as well as nutrition coaching, to help my clients feel and perform at their best.
